Al- Saud
THE ROYAL FAMILY
The Al-Saud family has ruled Saudi Arabia since its patriarch, King Ibn Saud founded the modern nation in 1932. The family traces its name to Muhammad Bin Saud, an 18th-century ancestor whose armies controlled central Arabia. King Ibn Saud maintained friendly relations with the United States, allowing construction of a U.S. airbase at Dhahran during World War II.
Saudi Arabia has 23 million inhabitants and about 6,000 members of the royal family.
The crown passes not necessarily to the eldest of Ibn Saud's 44 sons (by 17 wives) but to the most "suitable" one, as chosen by the royal family in a secretive selection process. The chosen heir is given the title of "crown prince" and holds the position of first deputy prime minister in the king's Cabinet
The sons of Abdul-Aziz were too much. Such as: Faisal, Fahad, Abdullah, Khalid, Sultan, Abdul-Rahman, Bandar, Salman … etc
When Fahad suffered a stroke in 1995, another of Ibn Saud's sons, Crown Prince Abdullah, 77, assumed behind-the-scenes power. Prince Abdullah has no formal education and he has spent years "living in the desert with Bedouin tribes." A former head of the National Guard, Abdullah has paid "solidarity" visits to Lebanon, Syria, and Egypt, supported the PLO politically, and strengthened relations with Iran.

Princess Diana had 2 older sisters and one younger brother; their names were Jane, Sarah, and Charles. Her parent's names were Earl Spencer and Mrs. Shand-Kydd. She married Prince Charles in 1981. Her first son, William, was born on June 21, 1982. Her second son, Henry (also known as Harry) was born September 15, 1984. William was the very first royal to go to a normal kindergarten, not a private school with a private teacher. In 1987, Harry started nursery school. Even though Diana seemed very happy all the time, stopping for tea wherever she went, she really was not. In the book Diana: Her true Story, Diana admits that her relationship with Prince Charles was very cold and distant. She always believed that he loved Camilla Parker-Bowels, someone he had fallen for years before. Charles later admitted that he and Camilla had had an extra-marital affair. The also told about the half-hearted suicide attempts in her early years of marriage. It also explained her struggle of having bulimia. In December of 1992, Charles and Diana officially announced their divorce. It just isn't possible to love one person and marry another and make it last. The 15-year marriage ended with a halt.
